I'm an emerging fiction author passionate about character-driven stories with real emotional weight. This site is where I share my progress, or lack of, some behind-the-scenes thoughts, and eventually my published works.

I'm neither polished nor prolific with my fiction attempts. Millions of words for business purposes and while there are folks who think some of that is fiction too, it isn't the entertaining kind. There is no way to get lost in deep emotional turmoil with an application solution proposal like you can with a good 'ole who-dun-it.

My brain is in a constant conflict when it comes to writing, part of it wants to pantser all the way; however, if I stop for just a minute my outliner/planner takes hold of me. This site gives me the opportunity to let my planner side explore the 'business' and 'emotional' aspects of my writing in a more or less technical manner. Don't worry, my Journal is not going to describe what I ate for breakfast or what I saw while walking the dog; it is just a collection of articles, thoughts and considerations. Hopefully, they are at least entertaining and maybe just a little thought provoking.
